Today’s Action: Celebrate National Voter Registration Day!

Today is National Voter Registration Day – a holiday celebrating American voters AND building up our ranks. Hundreds of events and thousands of volunteers across the country are doing their best to keep the power of the people powerful, by registering as many new voters as they can.

Boosting voter registration is the key to democratic (small d) and Democratic (big D) success in 2020 – the votes are there to defeat Trump and flip the Senate IF we can get those folks in key states registered and voting. In other words, getting people registered is the single most important thing we can do to hit our goal of a Trump-free government.

A Democratic victory in the White House and Senate will require all of us doing more than just casting our own vote – it’s simply not enough.
