Today’s Action: Tell the Judiciary Committee to protect Mueller

The Senate Judiciary Committee is leading the way on a bipartisan bill to protect Special Counsel Mueller and the Russia investigation from Trump attempts at sabotage. If passed in committee, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has vowed to keep the bill from the floor — but even Republicans are starting to push back against McConnell’s obstruction of the Senate’s constitutional obligation to act as a check on a lawless president.

The committee votes this week. If passed, it will send a clear message to Trump that firing Mueller would cross a line that our country cannot accept.
